News and Events Our next seminar and grading will be held on November 16th 2019 (Dunedin) and November 17th (Alexandra dojo). We are excited to announce that Shihan Nobuo Takase, the founder of Aikido Shinryukan will be returning to Dunedin for our spring seminar. This event should not be missed and will be a really valuable learning experience for all aikidoka. The seminar will commence at 10am, please be on the mat by 0945. See you there ! 18/05/2019 On 18/05/19 Sensei Papu Siameja (5th Dan) from Aikido Shinryukan Cambridge will be returning to Dunedin as guest instructor for our autumn seminar. Sensei Papu's teaching style is very friendly and accessible for any level of aikidoka. The seminar will be held jointly with our sister club Alexandra Dojo as follows: Saturday 18th May: 10am to 4pm Dunedin Dojo (King's High School Gym) Sunday 19th May 10am to 1pm Alexandra Dojo (See Aikido Shinryukan website for location) We welcome any aikidoka to come train with us at this seminar.
