TRAINING TIMES

ADULTS: These classes are open to anyone who is older than 13 years.
Monday             6:00pm   to  6:45pm (basics/beginners)
                         6:45pm   to  7:30pm (general)

Wednesday       6:00pm   to  6:45pm (basics/beginners)
                         6:45pm   to  7:30pm (general)

​Training sessions may change / be combined on the day depending on class make-up.

CHILDREN: Sorry, we do not currently run a children's class.
