Training
We offer four classes classes a week for adults and over 16's . Please wear loose clothing such as track suit bottoms and a T shirt if you do not have a gi (uniform). We normally arrive around 5.45pm to put the mats out and classes start at 6pm. The first session starts at 6 and runs until 6.50, we then have a short break and continue until 7.30pm. Aikido training consists of warm ups, followed by break fall practice to prevent injury. After the warm up training will involve performing basic movements and techniques such as throws, pins and immobilisations.
